It’s pretty itchy and those pimples only appeared on my body after getting the Diphtheria, Tetanus vaccine shot. Why?

Pimples or pimple-like-swellings? I think you are probably showing an allergic reaction to the vaccine. You should see a doctor.
sometimes vaccines kill good bacteria that fight the bad and so could get pimples and infections and even sick for a while after but you’ll be fine soon.
sounds like you have a infectious problem with your nappy happy trail of infections go get 5or6 more shots in your rear end
