sume reason lik every week i get a new pimple.. do i pop it or leave it. My mom told me to leave it… but then i get more. but i need to kno the types of food that make u get pimples so i wont get no more pimples.. i also need to kno what food helps u dont get pimples.
Popping them spreads around the bacteria making you get new pimples, but I read sterilising a needle and popping them with it makes them heal faster, I dont know how true this is so?? And just generally try stay away from greasy fried foods and the like, eat fresh fruit and veg and 8 glasses of water a day, and also if you are generally run down or stressed you can break out so try be healthy, maybe take multivitamins, wash your face every night and day with something like St Ives apriciot scrub to keep your skin clean, try not to wear too much makeup and good luck!

Bad fats (saturated and trans fats) cause breakouts, and healthy fats (unsaturated) and fatty acids (found in fish and nuts) help fight breakouts. Having a diet rich in vegetables and fruits also helps because they all have different nutrients in them that benefit your skin. I also read that drinking a lot of water clears your skin, and antioxidants in tea protect the cells.
So check the nutrition facts on the food that you eat to make sure you have less bad fat. It’ll kind of be like going on a diet, but for your skin, not for your body, although it’ll help your body too.

Under no condition should you pop a pimple. It just makes it worst! . I think when you pop it, bacteria gets in and might leave a mark that’ll take some time to heal.
I find that when you eat oily/fatty or high in sugar (basically junk food) I tend to get breakouts. But thats not scientifically proved but I still believe it. But just have a health diet of you know the regular stuff like
Another thing that helps is to keep you skin clean. Your screen name sounds like a guy so I’m not sure you’ll be up for the treatments a female might use. I use a cleaner, scrub and toner. Occasionally a mask (plus it feels really nice). They are male cleansers on the market. If you feel uncomfortable getting those type of products then use soap or one of those spot treatments.
One trick I learned to get rid of pimples faster is using white toothpaste. Its like a spot treatment. Use a toothpick and just put a spot on it on the pimple and it dries the oil faster and goes away faster. Dont use too much or else it’ll dry-up your skin.

Umm…the myth that certain types of foods cause breakouts is just that- a myth. An old wives’ tale. The only thing that might cause them, is foods containing high iodine like fish eyc (like papi said above). The only way that slice of pizza is going to cause a pimple is if you rub it all over your face and don’t wash it. Wash your face, moisturize with a light, oil free lotion (yes, even oily skin needs moisture), don’t exfoliate too harshly and don’t over-cleanse because that will just make it worse. Use topical creams containing either salicylic acid, glycolic acid or benzoyl peroxide to treat pimples. Don’t pop them. If they are severe, talk to your doctor about trying birth control pills, as they help balance hormones (this can sometimes cause acne). And sorry to say, but the amount of acne you get is generally linked to your hygeine and/or your genetics, not what you eat.
Any food with a lot of grease or sugar. For example basically anything that is fried, or sugar. If you find yourself eating a lot of sweets than that’s the reason. But NEVER pop your pimples because the puss will infect your skin and cause a lot more.
I don’t know if you already do this, but use a good facial wash and moisturizer to follow.
And if you wanna get really serious, mash together equal parts egg whites and strawberries until it is smooth (use the blender if you don’t mind giving it a good clean after) and then leave it on your face for about 10 minutes – it works really well!! (BTW – your face will feel really stiff… but thats completely normal and means its working :] )

like cheese and unfortunately if u eat a lot of chocolate
um pizza i kno causes acne because of the oils and cheese
well u can still eat these kinds of food if u drink a lot of wanter since water helps reduce and prevent breakouts
u should use neutrogena’s 3 step oil- free acne stress control cleansers
or neutogena’s wave power cleaser
those products make ur skin look clearer and smoother within the 1st day u use it :]
but if ur skin gets dry using it then just stop until it goes back to normal and continue using it
remember to use moisturizer that duznt make ur face oily

Food doesn’t cause pimples. Pimples are due to overly active oil glands that get clogged and are not cleaned out properly. Try washing your face (don’t use soap which is harmful to your skin) and you should see them disappear.
Don’t pop them because they will make scars.
When you drink lot of soda and eat chocolate you can break out more than usually. Also if you eat lots of high in fat foods and oily foods i personally don’t like chocolate and soda is to strong for me and i have never had pimples
Food isnt the only thing that causes pimples, you also have to wash your face ESPECIALLY if you wear makeup.
But junk food and candy causes pimples. Eating fruits and vegetables is not only good for your face but your body too.

Wash your face more with either over the counter products
or see a dermatoligist.
I know that a lot of water keeps your skin better, but it doesnt
eliminate all acne.
Junkfood usually.
Like chips and stuff. Sometimes you get those oily fngers after eating chip and never wash your hads, just kind of lick your fingers.. Then later on rub your hands on your face. That causes acne.

no foods and candy cause acne, its genes and gormones that do!
the only food that potentially could is fish and seaweed aka SUSHI! sorry!
