Eat 2-4 Apples everyday 2. Drink 6-10 glasses of water everyday 3. Sleep on your back only. No rolling over, or going on your side. This may be difficult, but if your acne bothers you that much you will train yourself to do it! 4. Do NOT touch your face with your hands, EVER. 5. Wash your face with a good GENTLE cleanser (nothing extreme or expensive) once or twice a day. (This has worked every time for anybody who follows the steps exactly, wihout exception, for 2-5 weeks; it will work for you too.) Let me know... Do this:
