Here are a few things that might help, but depending on the cause of your acne it might not really help:
1 – (Depending on your age) Birthcontrol pills are supposed to control the hormones that cause breakouts and also clear up your skin.
2 – Drink plenty of water!
3 – Don’t touch your face, keep your hair out of your face. (It will spread oils and bacterial that will clog your pores and cause pimples)
4 – Wash your face with a facewash once or twice a day (Go out and experiment with different brands, what will work for some might not work for others. I tried Proactiv and it sucks! Made me breakout more than before!)
5 – Do not overwash your face as it may irratate your skin and cause more breakouts and redness.
6 – If you wash in hot water, finish off with a cool shower to close your pores. When you shower in hot water, it opens your pores exposing them to dirt and bacteria.
7 – Wash your body with acne cleansing body wash such as Neutrogena cleansing bodywash.
8 – Once or twice a week apply a face mask (I use St. Ives brand, it’s cheap and works pretty well)
9 – If you get a pimple, don’t touch it with your hands. Use a pimple popping tool they sell in salons. I seen such a thing in Trade Secrets.
10 – If worst comes to worst a dermatologist could perscribe you pills that may help prevent acne
dessert essence tea tree face wash and blemish stick. ( trader joes: face wash; $10.00, blemish stick; $6.00)
My face is absolutely flawless and has great color.
Very even. This face wash works so well because……=)

#2 It is mother natures fight against bacteria (which slowy builds up in your face)
#3 It is NOT harsh at all. Very strong smell, I personally love it.
Get it and use it, your skin will go through a period of adjustment but you will notice a difference in tone and clarity very quickly.

Wash your face daily, or if really needed, 2 times a day.
Use a good skincare line.
For your back and chest, get a back scrubber and use your skincare line on it, and scrub really good.

Cetaphil,
Neutragena ‘Wave’,
ProActive,
and
Clearasil.
Thats hard to do, but just try to keep your face washed, clean, and moisturised. And if you see a pimple popping up, put acne medication spot treatment on it. Good Luck!!!
Apple cider vinegar mixed with an equal amount of water. For the face, put some of it on a cotton pad and rub on your face. For your back, keep some in a spray bottle and spray it on. Equals out your ph level.
Number one tip: Drink plenty of water!
Number two tip: Always wear sunscrean to avoid carpet looking skin when your older
Number Three Tip: Cleans, tone & moisturise your skin in the morning when you brush your teeth and at night.
If you follow these three steps you should have very healthy looking skin. However if you have an acne problem you may need to see a specialist to determine what cleanser, toner & Moisturiser is best for your skin.
I get bad spots on my face, not big red ones but alot of blackheads and the odd red pimples hear n there, also have weird spots on my back and chest. But there starting to go now, i have tried so many different things, and none have 100% worked.
I found that using a sunbed helps my spots as it dries them out n basically kills the spot.
Just drink plenty of water, greasy food will not help. Also if you wear make up, make sure you take it off COMPLETELY before bed, ‘oxy’ is good, for spots and blackheads, this really does remove the make up! And use facial washes for spots when your in the shower, as soap is not good for spots!! And try not to pick them lol.. sometimes i cant help myself, and it just makes it much worse. Try oxy, its in a red bottle.. its quite good. Also you could ask your doctor, they gave me something which was really good, i cant remember what it was called but it was in a yellow bottle and it began with ‘Z’ it was a liquid thing. The doctor will know what you mean, its very popular. Hope this helps.
Idk, they say Proactive works, I’ve had NO luck. Dermotologists only want to overkill your skin, but with luck they could be your answer.
Otherwise, OTC stuff with mild amounts of Benzoyl Peroxide can help, but keep them away from colored fabrics, b/c they totally kill it.
Too, things like Tea Tree Oil, mild use of Salcylic Acid and even mild use of antibacterials can help get rid of the overbuild of bacterias and oils, and using the oils can help heal stuff.
Also, lotions made for acne with Zinc Oxide can help, too, it is said, and sometimes even taking a light Zinc supplement may help.
I’ve had no luck! But it may work for you!
Too, you can sometimes eliminate a huge pimple by putting some non-gel non-extra whitening toothpaste on it, to reduce it’s size. That actually unusually works!
Try to relax and keep your stress level down
Don’t over moisturize your skin but dont let it get to dry either because extra oil will be produced to moisturize it and your pores will get clogged.
Arbonne Clear Advantage works great to if your acne is bad, because it moisturizes your skin with acne preventing lotion.
Try not to touch your face alot, and if you do try and catch yourself in the act and prevent it from happening more.
Also try and keep your hair out of your face because the oils from your hair don’t help acne at all. Same goes for your shoulders and back, just tie up your hair if its long.
Excess carbohydrates can also cause extra insulin production that can trigger acne so keep a balanced diet.
Try not to poke, pick, or pop, cause that can lead to permanent scarring and that is worse then acne!
Its an ongoing struggle but I hope those little tips help!
