How Or What Can I Eat That Gets Rid Of/ Slows Down Growing Pimples?

I am a 13 year old boy…and I want to know if there is anything I can eat or anything I can do that will slow down or stop my pimples growing. My elder brothers and sisters have all used different types of creams…but none of them have actually worked. So I am asking if maybe is there anything I could eat…or something I could do to stop or slow down pimples. Thank you.

  • Increase water and exercise, but wash your face after exercise. you need to increase your blood flow to circulate white blood cells better and clean out any toxins.

More like what should you not eat or eat less of.
junk food like chocolates and chips and drinks like cokes can cause you to get a lot of pimples. Also try washing your face regularly, especially with an antibacterial soap.

This is part of adolescence for some people. Other people I guess are just lucky.
Food: good nutrition. Low fat. Don’t eat anything in excess, like chocolate, caffeine, foods with too much Iron. You should be drinking milk, but don’t overdo it on dairy products.
Acne at your age is probably not about your diet. It’s about your hormones. Becoming manly! It will get better and eventually go away.
Drink lots of water. That’s what “supermodels” do. So, stop with soda and have bottled water instead.
Change your pillow case often. Use clean towels.
Don’t touch your face. If you have a pet, wash your hands before you touch your face etc.
    Have clean hair.
The dermatologist told us to use cetaphil soap. That’s all we do and it’s a huge help. Use it twice a day to wash your face.
The other thing you need to do is get fresh air and some sunshine. Don’t let your skin burn, but 15 to 20 minutes in the sun is ok. (that’s my opinion but some would disagree)
    good luck. hope this helps.
