If you're a teenager with normal teenage acne, there is nothing you can do. The pituitary gland is highly active in your young years, but eventually average teenage acne will go away with age. Teenagers have hormone storms while they're growing up. It's a horrible thing. Anyway, I use to have horrible teenage acne in 8th grade. I'm thirty-eight now, and I have none. Same thing happened when I became a Junior/Senior in high school. As I approached 18 years of age, my acne went away. All these creams, lotions, etc... are just to sell insecure teenagers products, so that the companies can make money. However, if you are much older and have horrible acne, you need to see a dermatologist. I mean, huge, blue, purple or massive bumps that just look horrid - not your average teenage acne. Hope that helps. I sense you're young, so you probably fall into average teenage acne. Don't worry about it. Most of those teen stars on TV are a lot of the time airbrushed and some aren't even teenagers. For example, like Ralph Macchio in Karate Kid back when I was young. He wasn't even a teenager then. I know your not supposed to do this, but i pop mine when its as big as it can get. it doesnt leave a scar and it isnt messy. If you wear makeup daily, i'd suggest that you take it off every night so it doesnt clog your pores. Hope this helps!
